6) The booking form provides a live view of availability. If a category is SOLD OUT it is genuinely SOLD OUT. Please do not call and ask if its available.
7) Gender balance is fundamentaly important to the success of this event. Ladies please note. You may be succesfull in completing a booking form BUT this does NOT guarantee a booking until a deposit has been requested, paid and gender balance assessed. Should the gender balance limit be exceeded all female bookings will then be placed on hold and a waitlist activated from the point the limit is reached and in order of booking forms received. It will be first come first served. It is in your advantage to ensure your booking is gender balanced or you have 2 men willing to travel with you.
